What is the online meeting for? To provide athletes and parents with information on the Down Under Sports tournaments so that they can make a decision on whether they would like to be part of the team.
What information will be covered? Selection process, safety and supervision, fundraising, travel dates, competition details, travel locations, trip highlights, and price. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
Who needs to attend the meeting? We strongly suggest the athlete and at least one parent attend the meeting. Other friends and family members are also encourage to attend.
How long will the meeting last? Approximately 30 – 45 minutes depending on the number of questions.
What do I need to have in order to attend an online meeting? To view the meeting you will need a computer with a steady internet connection. For PC users you will need Windows® 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server. For Macintosh® users you will need Mac OS® X 10.5 or newer. To listen to the meeting you will need computer speakers or a telephone. Both the visual and audio for this meeting are one sided so you can see and hear what we're presenting but no one else sees or hears you. You do not need a webcam or a microphone.
How do I sign in to the meeting? You will receive an email approximately 30 minutes before the meeting starts with a link to install the software.
